Should I workout or not? That question is always bouncing back and forth in our heads, like a tennis match. Well, now there seems to be an effective way to squeeze that workout in, whether you’re busy or not. The New York Times has come out with their “Scientific 7 Minute Workout” app on your phone, tablet, or computer. To be honest, I’ve only tried it once, and that’s not enough to tell if worked properly. I’ll be giving this workout a trial run, and if it’s effective or not, I’ll let you know.
