January Bulu Box

bulubox-logoIs being healthy one of your resolutions for this year? If it is, I recommend you check out Bulu Box, and what they have to offer. January’s box had some great stuff in it, and I will break down what came in this months box.

First up, is energems. Energems contains a proprietary energy blend to help enhance energy and focus. These chocolate candies are the real deal. Each serving (three energems) are equivalent to one energy drink. Sometimes I just don’t feel like making coffee, or drinking an energy drink—so instead, I eat three energems and I’m good to go.

Helps Organic R&R

Helps Tea is a 100% natural, herbal tea supplement. As I’m writing this, I am drinking it and it has a good taste. I’m a big tea drinker, and this particular tea is really good.

Wiley's Finest Peak EPA

Wiley’s Finest Wild Alaskan Fish Oil contains 4X the Omega-3 than regular fish oil in just one soft gel per day. I’m a big proponent on taking fish oil, and since I train in MMA, it helps a lot. Fish oil should definitely be part of your supplement regimen, and this product is one of the best out there.

thirty30 enliven

Thirty30 Enliven is a pre-workout that provides amino acids, energy boosting B vitamins and  electrolytes to get you through your workout, or day. Personally, I take pre-workouts before I train—and they help me perform better and they always give me the boost I need to train hard with intensity. If you’re into pre-workouts, I suggest you give this product a try.

Smarty Pants are adult multivitamins, and they contain added Omega-3’s and Vitamin D. Let’s be honest here: who doesn’t love gummy vitamins? These will bring you back to your childhood, but most importantly, you’ll be getting vitamins that your body desperately needs.
